1. Who we are filatov.design is operated by Daniil Filatov, IČO: 22534156, Prague, Czech Republic. Contact: hello@filatov.design

2. What you get A Remix copies the complete Framer project of one Web System into your own Framer workspace: every page and breakpoint, all motion, the code components with their property controls, and the films, images and 3D files already hosted inside the project. One purchase = one system.

3. Price and payment The price is shown on the system page and at checkout; active Pro members pay a lower price. It is a one-time payment processed securely by Stripe — no subscription.

4. Delivery After payment the Remix opens from the system page (sign in with the email you paid with and press Open Remix) and from the link in your purchase email.

5. You can Build unlimited websites from it — for yourself or for clients, personal or commercial. Change anything: copy, layout, colours, fonts, media. Keep the films, images and 3D models from the project as part of those websites.

6. You can’t Resell, share or give away the Remix link, the project or copies of it. Publish it, or a lightly modified version, as a template — on the Framer Marketplace or anywhere else. Use the films, images or 3D models on their own, outside a website built from the system (for example as stock, in ads, or in other templates or products). Use it for anything unlawful, or present the original design as your own work in a template, portfolio or showcase.

7. Traceability Each copy carries an invisible identifier, so leaked copies can be traced.

8. Refunds and right of withdrawal (EU) You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as you haven’t opened the Remix yet — we log when it is opened. Write to hello@filatov.design from your order email. By opening the Remix you ask for the digital content to be delivered immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from that moment. If something in the project doesn’t work as shown on the live demo, we’ll fix it or refund you.

9. Free systems THEN is free: the same terms apply, without payment or refunds.

10. Disclaimer The project is provided as-is. Framer features, plans and pricing are set by Framer and may change.

11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. For anything outside them, write to hello@filatov.design.
