2. What you're buying A monthly subscription giving you access to the filatov.design prompt library. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

3. Pricing The current subscription price is displayed at checkout. Your price is locked at the rate you subscribed at — if prices increase for new members, your rate stays the same as long as your subscription is active.

4. Payment Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

5. Cancellation You can cancel anytime from your account page. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU) As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by accessing the library immediately after purchase you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

7. What you get Access to the full prompt library including prompt text, templates, variables, style breakdowns, creator notes, and high-resolution image downloads. New content is added regularly. The library content may change over time.

8. Acceptable use You may use the prompts and images for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account access with others. Each subscription is for one person only.

9. Intellectual property The prompts, breakdowns, and notes are the intellectual property of Daniil Filatov. The AI-generated images are subject to the license terms of the respective AI models used to generate them.

10. Disclaimer The library is provided as-is. Results from using the prompts may vary depending on the AI model and settings used. No specific output is guaranteed.

11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
